Swat the SWOT

Any good project will come a long way if you begin with a SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats). The next stage is to think solutions to every obstacle you see in the way of your goal or strategy. Following that, you will need to further the SWOT analysis on the weaknesses to each solution. Instead of brushing off any solution, you must think outside the box and ‘swat’ away any further obstacles. All the resources in the world exist to make a crazy plan happen. You just need to figure out how to grab them. (And it often works through being part of a sophisticated solidarity network or resources alliance – we can tell you more about this project too). Want guidance in seeing your projects through? Need help with your lifeplan? Or just want to come and see what we’re up to?
